My journey began in 2011 after completing my Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from VSPM, Nagpur (MUHS, Nashik), and I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Physiotherapy from Jaipur University to further advance my expertise.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of patients – from expectant mothers to post-surgical recovery cases and sports enthusiasts – helping them regain mobility, strength, and confidence in their bodies.
I am currently a partner at Physion, Dharampeth and Dr. Neena’s Physio to Fitness, Telephone Exchange Square, Nagpur, and also serve as a visiting consultant at leading hospitals in Nagpur, including Ace Women Hospital, Indrayani Hospital, and Care Hospitals.
My professional development has been enriched through specialized workshops and certifications in Aqua Therapy, Cupping Therapy, Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, Taping, and Obstructive Therapy. I am also a Certified Fitness Trainer from the Indian Academy of Fitness Training, skilled in Aerobics, Power Yoga, Pilates, Antenatal & Postnatal Care, and Diabetic Foot Care.
With a strong belief in “Physio to Fitness”, my goal is not just to treat pain but to empower every individual towards a healthier and more active lifestyle.
